Customer’s personal information is collected through Website GoStudio for the following purposes:
1.1. Providing services for Customer using Website GoStudio.
1.2. Contacting, supporting and solving questions of Customer when using GoStudio’s services.
1.3. Improving, upgrading the content and interface of Website GoStudio as well as the quality of the GoStudio service based on the feedback of Customer during the use process.
1.4. Customer’s personal information collected when using the services on Website GoStudio includes: Email address and phone number.
Customer must ensure the accuracy and legality of the information provided. GoStudio is not liable for any issues in relation to the information provided by Customer is false or unlawful.
While using our Service, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to, your email address, name, other information (“Personal Information”).
Accordingly, GoStudio shall use the information provided by Customer to: Contact directly with the Customer under the forms such as calling, sending notification emails, providing information about products/services... via email or phone number provided by Customer.
In principle, Customer's personal information shall be destroyed as soon as the purpose of collecting and using such personal information has been met.
4.1. Affiliates of GoStudio.
4.2. GoStudio (and/or our affiliates) may also disclose Customer’s personal information to service providers, suppliers or agents including but not limited to website’s server services, data analysis, marketing, and service delivery.
4.3. Competent authorities if GoStudio is required to provide Customer’s information.
GoStudio's managing unit with the information below is responsible for collecting and managing personal information:
6.1.When having the need, Customer can access, edit or delete Customer’s personal data at any time by using Customer’s account on Website GoStudio to make Customer’s edit.
6.2. If any Customer discovers that someone has forged the Client to provide personal information to GoStudio, this Customer may contact GoStudio directly to report and request removal. Within GoStudio’s scope of rights, GoStudio shall endeavor to verify and promptly resolve violations to prevent violations.
6.3. You can ask us to delete or remove personal data where there are valid grounds for doing so and subject to applicable law. Email [email protected] to make the request.
7.1. No security measure or technology is absolute. Therefore, information can only be kept confidential by the efforts of all related parties.
7.2. GoStudio is not liable for any liability for damages or losses (if any) due to Customer’s failure to comply with GoStudio's regulations and/or in case personal information is disclosed without fault of GoStudio.
8.2.Customer agrees that upon continuing to use Website GoStudio, Customer acknowledges, agrees and commits to abide by this Policy as well as any subsequent amendments.
